Skills and Employability Days

Skills and Employability Days is a new initiative of Erasmus Student Network Romania that aims to support the implementation of activities focused on enhancing an inclusive and accessible competence development process for students and volunteers, raising their employability in the job market.

Skills and Employability Days take place between the 15^th and 28^th of March.

During these 2 weeks, more activities created by ESN Romania and its sections will take place, connecting young people all over Europe.

Various activities, workshops and webinars will be organised with the aim to foster the personal and professional development of youth, raise the visibility of exchange students and volunteers towards potential employers, taking into perspective volunteering on exchange, as well as in one's own community.
