Call for Selection: Youth Advisory Council on Climate and the Environment (CCT-CM)

Hey, let’s end the week with a really cool opportunity! If you’re between 14 and 35 and interested in climate, the environment, or how young people can have a say in public policy, this might be a great one for you.
The Ministry of Environment, Waters and Forests, the Youth Platform for Sustainability, and UNICEF Romania are opening the selection process for 20 young people to join the Youth Advisory Council on Climate and Environment (CCT-CM), the first national youth advisory mechanism focused on climate and environmental issues.
As a member, you’ll have the chance to:
- take part in consultations and meetings with institutions, experts, and other young people;
- contribute to public policy recommendations;
- get involved in communication and information initiatives;
- help identify and combat misinformation on climate and environmental topics;
- bring the perspective of your own community to the discussion.
You don’t need to be an expert in climate, the environment, or public policy. What matters is your motivation, curiosity, ability to argue your ideas, and willingness to get involved.
